The hotel offers nice, clean and spacious rooms. Regular buses just outside the hotel conveniently connect it with the city center.
Some hotel facilities were problematic, the staff would provide basic information but they were not very hospitable, basic breakfast, expensive bar.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and made me feel incredibly welcome. The rooms were large and comfortable with excellent facilities. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was superb. I would highly recommend this hotel to stay in if you're going to Rome.

The staff were friendly and gave good advice. The breakfast was good and the most interesting scrambled egg I have ever seen. The room was fine and I would stay there again.

Very nice rooms and facilities. A bus stop right our side was a nice plus as well.
Apart from one of the younger gentle men at the front desk who was very helpful when we had a few questions regarding the area and transport, on check in and check out we dealt with 2 older gentlemen and it felt like because we were traveling with backpacks and in casual attire we were not taken seriously or given the expected level of service and courtesy.

Very clean hotel and the staff was very polite. Not in an ideal spot but close to the main roads and within walking distance. The road to walk is a little risky as the sidewalks are very narrow and the traffic is very heavy. However, very nice hotel.
The checkout was at 10am. Until 11 am or 12pm could have been better. The breakfast was okay. No big deal but if you like croissants, cereals and rolls it's okay. Some hot food, beans, scrambled eggs and the other I have no idea what was there. It was 9am when I arrived for breakfast and the hot food was almost gone with no sign of being refilled.

Consider taking a taxi to and from Rome for a quicker journey, as the local bus service can be unreliable.

Brand new stylish hotel built in a former monastery. You have stylish and modern rooms with thick walls and large spaces!
There was no free socket to plug the notebook power cable in the room.

Good price, reasonably close location to city center, "fresh" hotel opened recently
Fan of the air conditioning (even when not cooling/heating) cannot be stopped during night; could be unfortunate for those with a light sleep. Rather poor breakfast (e.g. awful coffee in the "espresso" country).

Could be better, read on
The staff was cute and eager to assist, but the room showed signs of neglect, including unclean surfaces and maintenance issues. It's a bit isolated, requiring transport to reach nearby attractions. Breakfast options were limited and often lukewarm, disappointing. Truly, this place has potential but needs significant improvements to match expectations.
